Exhibition / Event 3D Designer
We are looking for talented designers who can translate brands, ideas, and spatial requirements into clear and engaging exhibition concepts.
What You Will Do
Develop exhibition and event concepts
Create 3D models, layouts, and renderings
Prepare client presentation materials
Refine designs based on feedback
Work with the project team to ensure designs are practical and buildable
Who We Are Looking For
Background in exhibition, interior, or a related design field
Strong visual and spatial sensibility
Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software
Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, D5, or similar rendering tools
Independent, collaborative, responsive, and detail-oriented
Prior exhibition design experience is preferred
Good Mandarin and English communication skills

Project Executive
We are looking for a well-organized Project Executive to support exhibition and event projects from briefing through production and onsite delivery.
Develop and follow up on leads and project opportunities
Understand client needs, goals, budgets, and priorities
Coordinate clients, designers, suppliers, venues, and exhibition organizers
Manage proposals, quotations, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
Follow up on production, materials, logistics, installation, and onsite delivery
Keep projects moving and resolve issues proactively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders
Commercially minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented
Able to manage multiple deadlines and solve problems independently
Experience in exhibitions, sales, account management, or project coordination is a plus
Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Communicative and comfortable working with different stakeholders
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
Take ownership, work proactively, and move projects forward independently
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized
